Peter A. Zepponi, AIA - Architects is a small firm
that focuses on client services while striving for
innovative solutions to meet our client's needs.
Personal attention and dedication to each project
by the principal architect, Peter A. Zepponi, AIA
maintains a superior level of quality control and
client satisfaction. You can be assured that the
architect you meet with to discuss your project
is directly involved in the project design and documentation.
From a winemaking family, Peter A. Zepponi, AIA
blends winemaking and architectural knowledge to
create a balance between vernacular aesthetic, function,
budget and schedule. Firm members have experience
in a wide variety of projects ranging from modest
Green architecture to the complex San Francisco
City Hall, with a specialized expertise in the wine
industry and residential design. We are working
on, and have completed, many residential remodels,
additions and estate master plans throughout San
Francisco, the greater Bay Area and Northern California.
In 2005 we completed the new Robert Biale Winery
in Napa, and have worked for Beringer Blass Wine
Estates, and other small wineries.
